Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for and using Digital Bill Book ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed on the plan and add-ons you choose, payable in advance for each billing period. Your access remains valid only during the subscribed period; access expires when the subscription lapses.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access another company's data, tamper with the platform, or use it for any unlawful activity. You are responsible for the data you store and for obtaining any required consents from your own users and customers.

4. User Limits

The number of team users is limited by your subscription plan. Creating users beyond your limit requires upgrading.

5. Data & Security

Your company's data is isolated and protected with industry-standard security measures. You may export and delete your data on request. We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via our payment gateway (Razorpay, where available). If a payment fails, access will be paused until payment is successful.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; access ends at the end of your paid period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Bill Book shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
